Step 3: Purchase
Purchase Instructions
Now comes the exciting step – picking out and purchasing your new electric-powered yard equipment. We suggest you do your homework to find the right equipment or mower for your yard by searching the internet.
Electric lawn mowers are more reliable, easier to maintain and a heck of a lot quieter than most gas mowers. This is because they have fewer moving parts under their hood. Electric mowers are good for the environment because they don’t create greenhouse gas emissions, like their gas-guzzling counterparts. In the long-term, you will likely find that an electric lawn mower is actually cheaper than a gas lawn mower.

Although it isn't required to get the rebate, we urge you to support buying local and support these participating businesses within the community. This helps to keep your tax dollars local. They have knowledgeable employees willing to help you in your selection.
